How the leverage and points work

Liquidation-resistant ≠ risk-free.

Hylo manages leverage at the protocol level, without margin calls. Effective leverage changes with pool conditions; it is not a fixed multiplier. Token value can fall sharply, and volatility decay can erode value even if the underlying asset recovers.

XP, not a promised payout.

Eligible holdings earn XP based on dollar value and time held. Rates, boosts, and eligibility depend on the product and program. Hylo currently documents a 5% XP boost for new users signing up with a referral code, and 10% of referred users’ XP for the referrer. XP does not guarantee an airdrop, allocation, or cash value.
